Anthrax Scare, Scientist Bruce E. Ivins and U.S. Goverment Caught in Their Own Web of Deceit

Government biowar scientist Bruce E Ivins committed suicide as he was caught up in the intrigues of an American intelligence agency spreading anthrax to capitalize on the September 11th terrorist attack on America and the FBI’s need to solve the case.

Of the 20 to 30 highly-skilled bio-warfare scientists who had access to the easily-identified highly-refined anthrax spores at Fort Detrick, MD, the FBI first zeroed in on Steven J. Hatfill who sued for being named a suspect and was awarded $5.8 million.

Two weeks after Steven Hatfill was paid, the FBI was focusing on another Fort Detrick scientist Bruce E. Ivins.

The Anthrax used was so specialized, so dangerous, and under such careful control, the FBI knew one of the scientists at Fort Detrick had to be involved. Under pressure to solve the case and with the first suspect exonerated, it seems the FBI zeroed in on the unfortunate Bruce Ivins.

But why pick on any scientist? The FBI agents knew this was a bio-warfare lab and they will have known intelligence agencies create strategies of tension when they wish to control the citizenry’s perception of events. After all, they themselves designed and operated COINTELPRO to destroy the reputations of the leaders of progressive movements which were a threat to the current power structure.

Fred Hampton’s family was paid $3 million when it was proven that his 1969 death was an assassination by police. Geronimo Pratt was paid $4.5 million after 27 years in prison when it was proven the FBI and the attorney’s prosecuting him knew he was under surveillance 400 miles away from the claimed crime site. And the list of other such examples is very long.

Obviously Bruce Ivins was trapped within an investigation that politically had to be solved even though he was as innocent as Fred Hampton or Geronimo Pratt. Even if he or any other scientist was involved in the transfer of anthrax spores it will have been at the instructions of his or her superiors supporting an intelligence agency’s ongoing strategy of tension to control the perception of the nation. In this case that terrorists were attacking America.

Bruce Ivins had no choice. Very likely being honest, when being interrogated by the FBI, he will have said yes we passed anthrax spores to whomever or wherever under orders. The pressure to solve this case and possibly lack of investigators fully understanding the covert world they had entered, simply overruled the honest choice, do not charge any of the scientists, they were part of a covert national security program doing as they were told.

While following orders as to who to give the anthrax spores to, they may have had no idea at the time the Anthrax was to be used to kill Americans to further further frighten Americans and thus further empower the government.

They were obviously innocent. The almost certain proof that investigators knew this is their stated indication that the chance to learn more went to the grave with Ivins. How could they not have had some idea as to whom the Fort Detrick lab had given the Anthrax spores.

As it required special handling, Bruce Ivins could have been part of the covert effort to spread those anthrax spores. If the FBI had evidence of that, this would only mean they had, in the matters of deadly covert operations, caught one of their own on an authorized covert operation who we would normally glorify as fighting for our freedom.

The unfortunate Bruce Ivins, very likely as high a quality person as any of us, possibly even a hero if he had been on another assignment and exposed. Instead he paid the ultimate price for the power structure just as surely as the innocnet people who died from that anthrax or any other of the hundreds or thousands of covert operations designed to control the perception of the masses so the power structure can have free rein in both foreign and domestic policies.

This atrocity provides great support for the millions of people who believe the September 11th, 2001 World Trade Center attack was a government covert action (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=World+Trade+Center%2C+September+11+conspiracy&btnG=Google+Search ).

We do know that the Bush administation tried to coach the FBI to blame Al queda (New York Daily News, 08-4-08). I am satisfied many officials of the Bush administration knew an attack such as 9/11was coming but they simply let it happen so they would have “their Pearl Harbor” to justify their planned regime change of seven nations. This was to be a prelude to their planned regime changes around the world, three at a time (Wesley Clark’s memoir and the neocon strategy).

But Justin Raimondo thoroughly explains there can be no doubt that Israeli agents were orchestrating the historic moment we know as 9/11. Please read Raimondo’s story of the accidental uncovering of those Israeli agents as they jubilantly celebrated their success while the World Trade Center was collapsing.

The dropping of that investigation on orders from President Bush and the resultant freeing and deportation of 20 Israeli agents, tells us there were more Israeli agents watching every move of the 9/11 perpetrators than there were suicide hyjackers.

Because it would collapse governments deeply involved in such slaughters around the world, such dynamite information is always suppressed.

Hitler’s strategy of tension to justify attacking Poland in WW II through faking an attack by Polish soldiers on a German radio station led to the slaughter of hundreds of millions.

The goals of the 9/11 strategy of tension was no less ambitious and the 1.5 million unnecessary deaths in the on-going Afghanistan and Iraq wars (as measured by the number who would be alive today if they had not been attacked) may be only a small measure of the eventual total if these latest managers of public perception have their way.

The open declaration by the U.S. that they will use first strike nuclear weapons forces those we would attack to change to a first strike posture. To protect herself, Russia is being forced to arm and back those we threaten.

So this historic imperial insanity could end up destroying ourselves as well as those we choose to dominate. Again be sure to read Justin Raimondo’s story. You will then have no doubt that 9/11 was specifically a strategy of tension to justify the wars that followed and others yet to come.

Lets review other such controls of public perception. There was America’s strategy of tension through creating the Gulf of Tonkin incident in order for President Johnson to get congressional backing to widen the war in Vietnam and justify a heavier assault on North Vietnam.

We have today the totally discredited, ever-changing, rationalizations for the war in Iraq which are only extensions of Justin Raimondo’s story.

There was the meeting in Vice President’s office a few months ago on building speedboats that looked like those of the Iranians, arm them, attack our own ships, kill a few Americans, and be the causus belli to attack Iran. (Note how this too is only an extension of Justiin Raimondo’s dynamite story.) This was rejected but there has to have been many meetings when just such triggers for war were decided upon and the anthrax scare, building upon 9/11, was one of them.

Vincent Bugliosi, Deputy District Attorney who prosecuted Charles Manson, testified at yesterday’s hearings on impeaching President George W. Bush for the many strategies of tension, now proven fraudulent, which led to the deaths of over 4,000 American soldiers in Iraq, 100s of thousands of dead Iraqis, and total destruction of their country. His book, The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder, a careful documentation of the strategies of tension of the eight years of the Bush presidency to control the perception of the citizenry so the neocons could carry out their plans which were nothing less than to rule the world.

This is the careful writing of, falsification of, history by the powerful United States who took the job over from the old colonial world. Documents on the destabilization of Cuba, declassified in 1998, titled “Pretexts to Justify U.S. Military Intervention in Cuba” demonstrate how it is done. Plans for those in-depth deceptions were to,

fake an attack on the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo, Cuba, with friendly Cubans masquerading as attackers…. Arrange for an unmanned vessel to be blown up near a major Cuban city…. Stage a ‘Communist Cuban terror campaign’ in the Miami area…. Plant arms in a Caribbean country and send jets painted to look like Cuban Migs, creating the appearance of a ‘Cuban based, Castro supported’ subversion…. Blow up an unmanned U.S. plane that would surreptitiously replace a charter flight of civilians (and much more).[1]

L. Fletcher Prouty was one of three officers who wrote the how-to books on covert operations for the CIA. In his JFK: The CIA, Vietnam, And the Plot to Assassinate John F. Kennedy, we learn that strategies of tensions, terrorist bombings, attacks by our own covert forces dressed as the enemy, counterfeit papers, and the drumbeat of the CIA’s Mighty Wurlitzer, were managing perception throughout the world to control elections and to gain acceptance for the military suppressions of the many breaks for freedom.

American intelligence service manuals on terrorism teach that, at the sites of their many acts of state terrorism, always leave evidence the opposition was responsible.[2]

In The Asian Times, Spengler gives an example of a stategy of tension that may well have firm control over American Foreign policy today.

National Security Council Directive 68: The Master Plan for the Cold War

A study of NSC-68 will conclude that, besides being a master plan for the Cold War, this directive was a perception management instrument to stampede government officials into accepting a high military posture. That analysis and the crisis facing the developed Western world are confirmed. Secretary of State Dean Acheson, one of the primary architects of NSC-68, sums it up for us:

Western Europe … shattered by its civil war, was disintegrating politically, economically, socially, and psychologically. Every effort to bestir itself was paralyzed by two devastating winters and the overshadowing fear of the Soviet Union no longer contained by the stoppers on the east, west, and south—Japan, Germany, and British India…. It was in this period [the first 3 years after the beginning of the Cold War] that we awakened fully to the facts of the surrounding world and to the scope and kind of action required by the interests of the United States; the second period, that of President Truman’s second administration, became the time for full action upon those conclusions and for meeting the whole gamut of reactions—favorable, hostile, and merely recalcitrant foreign and domestic—that they produced. In the first period, the main lines of policy were set and begun; in the second, they were put into full effect amid the smoke and confusion of battle…. The purpose of NSC-68 [the master plan for the Cold War] was to so bludgeon the mass mind of “top government” that not only could the president make a decision but that the decision could be carried out.[3]

Although President Truman may have been fully aware, the fact that the finalized NSC-68 was presented to him on April 16, 1950, but it not being signed until September 30, 1950, as NSC-68/2, three months after the start of the Korean War, demonstrates the likelihood the American president was one of the “top government officials” the designers of the Cold War were stampeding into a war posture through the strategy of tension of the communists as the aggressor of the Korean war and this foretelling more communist aggressions worldwide.

We wish to alert you that controlling other nations is not to democratize them. It is specifically to install puppet governments which will go along with control of that nation’s resources and siphon that wealth to the imperial centers. We uploaded this artilce because we easily recognized the anthrax scare as a covert strategy of tension to stampede the American people into rash actions. The Patriot Act essentially turning America into a Fascist state was before Congress and some key committe members were among those targeted. A day after we published, GLOBAL RESEARCH carried this thesis far further forward (www.globalresearch.ca/PrintArticle.php?articleId=9730 crgeditor@yahoo.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it crgeditor@yahoo.com). Intelligence agencies had their fingerprints all over the place. Please read their story.
